Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience (8+ for Staff) with end-to-end ownership
• Track record shipping user-facing products and owning quality in production
• Deep proficiency in modern frontend (TypeScript, React) and backend web architecture for interactive, real-time apps
• Fluency with AI-assisted development workflows with fundamentals to verify and own shipped code
• Experience building products on asynchronous, long-latency or streaming APIs
• Product-minded approach, forming and validating opinions about user needs with evidence
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong foundation in computer science principles
