Requirements

• At least 5 years owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes
• Deep experience discovering and mapping customer use cases and business objectives
• Experience implementing activation strategies: champion programs, office hours, dashboards, workshops
• Success building advocate networks and power user communities
• Ability to scope and deliver custom AI solutions and demos with business stakeholders
• Expertise delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops tailored to diverse audiences
• Strong program management and stakeholder relationship building skills
