Requirements

• 4-8+ years building production frontends with TypeScript and React, owning a system or surface end-to-end
• Strong instincts for animation principles including easing, choreography and perceived performance
• Expert-level Figma fluency and proficiency with framer-motion, gsap, and lottie
• Portfolio or production work demonstrating obsession with craft and systems-level work
• Experience driving design system adoption and influencing direction beyond immediate team
• Experience with AI product surfaces like tool-call UIs, streaming responses and dynamic UI
