Requirements

• 4-8+ years building production frontends with TypeScript and React, owning a system, platform, or surface end-to-end
• Solid instincts for animation principles including easing, choreography, anticipation, follow-through, interruptibility and perceived performance
• Expert-level Figma fluency (auto-layout, variants, variables, code connect) and proficiency with framer-motion, GSAP, and Lottie
• Demonstrable obsession with craft backed by portfolio, side projects, GitHub, or production systems-level work
• Experience driving adoption of a design system or shared platform and influencing technical or design direction
• Experience with AI product surfaces such as tool-call UIs, streaming responses, agent state, and dynamic UI rendering
• Comfort navigating ambiguous, cross-team problems with good judgment and commitment to Connect, Challenge, Own values
