Requirements

• 4-8+ years building production frontends with TypeScript and React, owning a system, platform, or surface end-to-end
• Solid instincts for animation principles including easing, choreography, anticipation, follow-through and perceived performance
• Expert-level Figma fluency and proficiency with framer-motion, GSAP, and Lottie for web animation
• Demonstrable obsession with craft backed by portfolio, side projects, GitHub, or systems-level production work
• Experience driving design system or shared platform adoption across an engineering org
• Experience with AI product surfaces like tool-call UIs, streaming responses and agent state
