Requirements

• 7+ years experience in enablement, sales leadership, or relevant role
• Proven track record architecting sales enablement programs driving win rate, ramp time and quota attainment
• Demonstrated ability to turn broad visions into structured plans with measurable metrics
• Exceptional ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
• Proficient in building and leveraging AI solutions to improve sales efficiency
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across live and async delivery
• Strong program management skills leading enablement initiatives end-to-end
• Creation and delivery of engaging enablement content
