Requirements

• At least 5 years owning activation success and driving measurable adoption
• Deep experience discovering and mapping customer use cases and workflows
• Experience with activation strategies including champion programs and workshops
• Success building advocate networks and power user communities
• Ability to scope and deliver custom solutions and demos with stakeholders
• Expertise delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops
• Strong stakeholder relationships and program management skills
