Requirements

• At least 5 years owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes
• Deep experience discovering and mapping customer workflows and business objectives
• Experience with activation strategies: champion programs, office hours, dashboards, workshops
• Success building advocate networks and power user communities
• Ability to scope, design, and deliver custom solutions and demos with stakeholders
• Expertise delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops
• Strong relationship-building and program management skills
