Requirements

• 5+ years recruiting experience in fast-paced, tech-driven environment focused on go-to-market functions
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards and professional networks to engage passive talent
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
• Strong time management, organization and attention to detail managing multiple open roles
• Data-driven mindset to analyze recruitment metrics and improve quality of hire and time to fill
• Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Experience in SaaS environment with genuine excitement for AI and the future of work
