Requirements

• Law degree from accredited law school and admission to practice law in the U.S.
• 7+ years negotiating commercial contracts, ideally at SaaS company or tech-focused law firm
• Experience contracting with large enterprises and strategic partners in regulated industries
• Exposure to privacy, IP and AI-specific legal issues with basic understanding of AI
• Experience with contract management, legal operations and CLM tools like Asana, Salesforce, Linksquares
• Business-first mindset with ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and move fast under deadlines
