Requirements

• 6+ years in lifecycle, CRM, email or retention marketing, ideally B2B SaaS
• Experience owning email and lifecycle program end-to-end, strategy and execution
• Experience building programs for complex enterprise buying journeys
• Knowledge of deliverability, experimentation, frequency management and QA
• Strong analytical skills translating performance into program improvements
• Builder mentality comfortable with strategy and hands-on HubSpot execution
• Strong ownership and comfort operating in ambiguity
• Point of view on personalization and curiosity about AI in lifecycle
