Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, email, or retention marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
• Experience owning an email and lifecycle marketing program end to end, including strategy and hands-on execution
• Experience building lifecycle programs for complex enterprise buying journeys and account-based GTM motions
• Hands-on experience in HubSpot building emails, audiences, workflows, nurture programs, triggered journeys, A/B tests and reporting
• Knowledge of deliverability, experimentation, frequency management, QA and performance measurement
• Strong analytical instincts with ability to translate performance into decisions and program improvements
