A fullstack builder with 3+ years experience who lives in agentic coding tools and loves turning ambitious autonomous agent ideas into reliable, secure production systems with a connect, challenge, own mindset.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional software engineering experience with strong Python proficiency in production
• Daily proficiency with native agentic coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code
• Experience building distributed systems, microservices or complex backend APIs for AI/agent workflows
• Expertise integrating AI models, agent frameworks, vector databases and large-context reasoning services
• Understanding of agent orchestration patterns, state management and asynchronous workflows
• Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes and operational best practices
• Strong grasp of performance optimization, testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a connect + challenge + own mindset
