Requirements

• 3+ years professional software engineering experience with Python in production
• Daily use of agentic coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code
• Experience building distributed systems, microservices or backend APIs for AI/agent workflows
• Expertise integrating AI models, agent frameworks, vector databases and retrieval systems
• Understanding of agent orchestration, state management and async workflows
• Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes and operational best practices
• Strong grasp of performance optimization, testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ownership mindset
