Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating production backend systems
• Strong experience designing API-driven platform services and distributed systems including microservices and event-driven patterns
• Practical expertise building AI integration layers including tool orchestration and external API connectors
• Deep hands-on knowledge of authentication and security patterns for third-party integrations
• Experience with metrics-first reliability including SLOs/SLAs, observability and incident response
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, mentor engineers and own delivery from design through production
