Requirements

• 7-10+ years quota-carrying strategic SaaS sales exceeding quotas in Fortune 500/Global 2000 FS accounts
• Deep understanding of UK/European financial services landscape, regulation and buying cycles
• Expertise managing complex enterprise cycles with multiple stakeholders, procurement and security
• Executive presence to engage C-suite buyers and translate tech into business value
• Strong consultative discovery linking AI capabilities to measurable outcomes in regulated industries
• Experience in outbound prospecting, account mapping and territory planning with hunter mentality
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias for ownership in fast-paced environments
