Requirements

• 7-10+ years of quota-carrying strategic SaaS sales experience targeting Fortune 500 and Global 2000 financial services accounts
• Deep understanding of UK and European financial services landscape including regulatory environment and buying cycles
• Demonstrated expertise managing sophisticated enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and procurement/security processes
• Executive presence to engage C-suite buyers and translate complex technical concepts into business value
• Strong consultative selling and discovery connecting AI capabilities to measurable outcomes
• Experience in outbound prospecting, account mapping and territory planning with hunter mentality
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias for ownership with minimal oversight
