Requirements

• 9+ years owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes
• Deep experience discovering and mapping customer use cases to workflows
• Proven success implementing champion programs, office hours, dashboards and workshops
• Experience building advocate networks and power user communities
• Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and articulate ROI
• Ability to scope and deliver custom solutions and demos with business stakeholders
• Expertise facilitating live and virtual instructor-led workshops
• Strong stakeholder relationship building and program management skills
