Requirements

• 8-12+ years in agency, media sales, agency development or adjacent commercial partnership role with indie/performance agency exposure
• Deep expertise in social media platforms and how agencies plan, buy and measure brand and performance media
• Strong client-facing, sales and commercial skills
• Familiarity with the indie/performance agency landscape, ideally with existing relationships
• Experience owning or scaling strategic partner relationships
• Ability to partner cross-functionally and build internal networks through collaboration
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, quick turnaround and fast-paced environment
