Requirements

• Portfolio displaying excellence in video work such as edited shorts, motion graphics, VFX breakdowns or compositing reels
• Strong skills in video editing, pacing, color grading and narrative flow
• Hands-on proficiency with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Nuke or similar
• Ability to critically analyze and articulate what makes a video sequence work or fail technically
• Strong communication and analytical skills with strong written and verbal English
• Experience with compositing, rotoscoping or motion tracking workflows
• Familiarity with AI video generation tools such as Grok Imagine, Runway, Kling, Sora or Veo
• Experience with 3D integration in video pipelines such as matchmoving and CG compositing
• Familiarity with scripting or automation in post-production such as Python and plugins
