Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE); Certified Floodplain Manager a plus.
- 5+ years progressive civil engineering experience on data centers, fabs, power plants, heavy industrial or mission-critical facilities.
- Experience in land development, hydrology & hydraulics, floodplain modeling, stormwater management, underground utilities and environmental compliance.
- Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, ArcGIS and BIM/GIS workflows.
- Knowledge of IBC, ASCE, EPA, stormwater regulations and floodplain management standards.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
