Requirements

• 5+ years managing large-scale power generation, industrial plant or mission-critical construction
• Deep expertise in construction management, commissioning and site operations
• Proven ability to lead on-site and build trust with vendors, OEMs and technical teams
• Experience managing large programs with multiple vendors and dynamic priorities
• Strong communication skills with adaptability for complex, real-time problem solving
• Able to travel as needed, work evenings/weekends and lift 25+ pounds
