Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 3+ years leading electrical construction teams, including supervision of foremen
- 3+ years hands-on electrical installation experience including underground duct banks and high-voltage/medium-voltage systems
- Experience in data centers, hyperscale facilities or similar mission-critical electrical construction
- Familiarity with Memphis-area building codes, NEC, NFPA 70E and industrial permitting
- Experience with Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar tools
- Willing to relocate with mobile team and work any shift, extended hours in industrial environments
