Construction Superintendent, Fluid/Mechanical - Memphis

Requirements

• Experience with Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar on complex infrastructure work
• Strong grasp of mechanical critical path, sequencing and coordination with electrical, structural and civil trades
• Understanding of data center cooling and fire-protection requirements for 24/7 operation
• History of leading diverse crews to a deadline without sacrificing collaboration or safety
• Working knowledge of lockout/tagout, hot work, pressure testing and safety culture
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution on mechanical, plumbing and fire-protection work
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Project)
• Willing to travel/relocate to U.S. sites and work any shift, nights, weekends and holidays
• Able to work in industrial environments and lift 25+ lbs outdoors, at heights and in tight conditions
• Subject to drug/alcohol testing and background checks
