Requirements

• Experience with Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar tools on complex infrastructure work
• Strong grasp of structural critical path, sequencing and coordination with electrical, mechanical and civil trades
• Understanding of data center structural requirements including steel frame, elevated slabs and load paths
• History of leading diverse crews to deadlines while maintaining collaboration and safety
• Working knowledge of fall protection, crane and rigging, and structural welding safety
• Willing to work any shift, extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays in industrial environments
• Willing to travel and relocate with mobile team, starting in Memphis, TN / Southaven, MS
