Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 6+ years in Corporate or M&A at a top-tier law firm
• Expertise in complex corporate structures and transactions, including diligence, structuring and negotiation
• Experience representing mature private and public companies
• Admitted to the bar in good standing in at least one U.S. state
• Able to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Must meet ITAR requirements as U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, asylee or eligible for authorization
