Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical or 6+ years hands-on operations/facilities experience
• Knowledge of mechanical or electrical engineering principles and systems
• Experience with critical systems documentation including plans, procedures and manuals
• Experience with Building and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems and operations
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLC-based control systems and/or Building Management Systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication and technical writing in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight quarters, heights and extreme environments
• Available for 24x7 coverage including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Willing to travel up to 10% and hold a valid driver's license
