Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in yield management, revenue optimization, advertising operations, or monetization strategy, preferably in large-scale social media, digital advertising, or programmatic platforms
• Proven track record of building and scaling yield frameworks that have driven significant revenue impact
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with deep experience in inventory forecasting, pricing strategies, and KPI optimization
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with engineering, sales, and product teams
