Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on electrical commissioning or field technician experience in data centers, power plants, or large industrial facilities
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems up to 480V including switchgear, MCCs, VFDs, and protective relaying
• Experience with commissioning test equipment such as meggers, multimeters, relay test sets, and power quality analyzers
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE, and NETA codes and standards
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and one-line diagrams
• Strong safety mindset with current OSHA 10/30 or equivalent training
• Willingness to work extended hours, nights, and weekends during critical commissioning windows
• Ability to travel extensively and remain onsite during peak commissioning phases
• Capability to work in industrial environments, climb ladders, lift loads, and wear PPE
