Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology
• Experience in battery storage, power transmission, or power generation
• Background with data centers, hyperscale facilities, or large on-site power infrastructure (>50 MW)
• Knowledge of ERCOT, NERC reliability standards, and utility interconnection processes
• Experience supporting construction, commissioning, and operations of power systems
• Able to perform hands-on work in all environments, tight quarters or at heights while wearing PPE
• Able to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Able to lift up to 25lbs unassisted
• Able to travel up to 50% to other locations
• Valid driver's license
