Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or 2+ years hands-on facilities operations experience
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles and MEP systems
• Experience with critical systems documentation, plans, procedures and operations manuals
• Experience with Building and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems and operations
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with PLC controls and Building Management Systems
• Excellent English written, verbal and technical writing skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs, work in tight quarters, at heights, and in extreme outdoor conditions
• Available for flexible 24x7 shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, travel up to 10%
• Valid driver's license; subject to drug testing and background checks
