Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in hardware reliability engineering, preferably HPC or data center environments
• Expertise in firmware analysis, hardware spec review and release validation
• Strong experience with RMA claims, vendor negotiation and driving resolutions
• Ability to diagnose complex grey or intermittent hardware failures with data
• Familiarity with data center hardware like servers, GPUs and networking gear
• Proficiency in Python/Bash scripting plus experience in a systems language
• Data-driven problem solver who collaborates with cross-functional teams
