Requirements

• 8+ years hands-on financial crime in regulated UK bank, EMI, PI, payments or e-money firm including KYC/CDD/EDD
• Strong knowledge of UK regime: MLR 2017, POCA, UK sanctions, JMLSG and FCA expectations for payments
• Experience designing or rebuilding a financial crime framework, procedure or control
• Experience leading people or a workstream and defending risk decisions to Product
• Willing to remain hands-on with complex cases in a small team
