Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or 6+ years hands-on operations/facilities work experience
• Knowledge of mechanical or electrical engineering principles and systems
• Experience with critical systems documentation including Plans, Procedures, and Operations Manuals
• Experience with Building and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems and Operations
• Experience with PLC-based control systems and/or Building Management Systems
• Experience writing and executing MOPs, SOPs, EOPs
• Excellent written and verbal communication and technical writing skills in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand and power tools
• Comfortable working at heights, tight quarters, and extreme environments with fumes and noise
• Available for 24x7 flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to travel up to 10% with valid driver's license
• Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks
