Requirements
- 3+ years of field service, commissioning or maintenance on utility-scale BESS or comparable power infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with low-voltage AC/DC systems, breakers and terminations including safe isolation
- Working knowledge of NFPA 70E, arc flash safety and lockout/tagout procedures
- Ability to read electrical drawings, single-line diagrams and equipment documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills coordinating multiple contractors and vendors
- Comfortable working onsite in industrial/data center and active construction environments
- Available for evenings, weekends and on-call support, able to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
