Requirements

• Track record leading studies improving neural network capabilities via better data or modeling
• Experience with data-driven experiment design, systematic analysis and iterative debugging
• Experience developing or working with large-scale distributed ML systems
• Ability to deliver optimal end-to-end user experiences
• Hands-on, excellent communicator with initiative, work ethic and prioritization skills
• Experience with SFT, RL, evals, human/synthetic data collection or agentic systems
• Proficiency in Python, JAX/XLA, PyTorch, Rust/C++, Spark, Ray and related frameworks
• Domain expertise in image/video understanding and generation, world models or real-time simulation
• Experience with agentic RL training, controllable long-horizon generation or multimodal agents
