Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in datacenter, critical facilities, HPC or similar large-scale operations
- System-level knowledge across compute, network, power and cooling
- Experience owning incident response in a 24/7 operations environment
- Troubleshooting skills across rack-level compute and facility systems
- Experience with deployment engineering, commissioning or acceptance testing of new data halls
- Production scripting and automation experience
- Experience supporting GPU, AI or HPC environments at scale
- Able to work 24/7 rotating schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods and use ladders
- Willing to work extended hours during incidents or data hall bring-up
