Requirements

• 5+ years in content integrity, safety operations, compliance operations, or related program roles
• Experience owning program priorities, measures, and operational health for content or risk domains
• Working knowledge of regulated or prohibited content and enforcement constraints
• Experience translating policy or legal requirements into workflows, controls, and escalation paths
• Experience with automated or model-driven enforcement systems
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, Policy, Legal, and Operations
• Strong analytical skills using operational data to identify gaps and track outcomes
• Clear written and verbal communication with leadership briefing experience
