Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on experience in AML, ideally in fintech or banking
• Familiarity with financial crime risks in digital payments, wallets and P2P platforms
• Proven experience preparing and filing SARs with high-quality narratives
• In-depth knowledge of BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC sanctions and related requirements
• Familiarity with FinCEN, FATF and other regulatory guidelines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with ability to work independently
