Senior Facilities Operations Technician - Memphis

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or 6+ years hands-on operations/facilities experience
• Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical engineering principles and systems
• Experience with critical systems documentation, plans, procedures and operations manuals
• Experience with Building and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems and operations
• Experience with PLC-based control systems and/or Building Management Systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills with excellent English written, verbal and technical writing skills
• Able to meet physical demands including lifting 50 lbs, tight quarters, heights and outdoor environments
• Available for flexible 24x7 shift coverage including evenings, weekends and holidays, with up to 10% travel
• Valid driver's license and able to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug, alcohol and background checks
