Senior Facilities Operations Technician - Memphis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical or 6+ years of hands-on operations/facilities work experience in lieu of degree
• Knowledge of mechanical or electrical engineering principles and systems
• Experience with critical systems documentation including plans, procedures, and operations manuals
• Experience with Building and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems and operations
• Strong troubleshooting skills with PLC-based control systems and/or Building Management Systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication and technical writing skills in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, use hand and power tools, and work in tight quarters and at heights up to 100 feet
• Comfortable working in extreme outdoor environments with exposure to fumes, odors, and noise
• Available for flexible 24x7 shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays and travel up to 10%
• Valid driver's license and subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks
