Requirements

• Strong analytical and root-cause analysis skills using SQL, dashboards, and Jira with rigorous data validation
• Clear communicator able to write escalation summaries and build stakeholder and leadership relationships
• Active X including Grok user with deep understanding of platform as global public square
• Experience in Trust and Safety or ads operations for social media or ad-tech leveraging AI automation
• Expertise in red-teaming LLMs and identifying novel ads abuse vectors
• Experience with proactive detection such as sweeps, account monitoring, or pattern-based investigations
• Experience with advertiser payments, billing, chargebacks, or legal and regulatory escalations
• Experience designing or improving escalation workflows, SOPs, quality programs, or tooling at scale
• Experience providing human oversight for scaled agentic AI operations including prompting and evaluating agents
• Commitment to continuous process improvement prioritizing safety and risk mitigation
• Ability to work on-site in Austin, TX on Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday with exposure to sensitive content
