Requirements
- 10+ years of information security compliance, GRC engineering, or technology audit experience in fintech or financial services with Japan focus
- Deep familiarity with JFSA expectations for technology risk management, third-party technology risk and incident reporting
- Experience with APPI security measures and breach/incident reporting for personal data
- Hands-on experience implementing technical controls and integrating compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines
- Experience supporting BC/DR resilience evidence and operating a cybersecurity risk register
- Based in Japan; fluency in English required, Japanese proficiency a plus
