Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience; or associate degree and 2+ years; or 3+ years as recruiter/sourcer in lieu of degree
• 3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience including passive outreach
• Experience sourcing hard-to-fill roles across functions from IC through leadership
• Proven Boolean and X-ray search skills including building own search strings
• Experience writing personalized outreach that gets responses from passive candidates
• Working proficiency with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing/research tool
• Experience turning hiring manager intake into a searchable candidate profile
• Experience mapping talent markets including target companies and competitor pools
• Ability to judge technical depth to pass calibrated slate to recruiter
• Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
