Requirements
- 3-5 years hands-on experience in B2B go-to-market roles with segmentation, targeting, outbound and pipeline generation
- Deep, working proficiency with AI coding tools, building daily
- Experience building and automating multi-step workflows with n8n, Zapier, Make or similar
- Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo or equivalent enrichment and prospecting platforms
- Systems thinker who designs for scale and automates manual GTM work
- Excellent communication and collaboration across sales, marketing, product and research
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments without a playbook
