Requirements
- Deep technical fluency across LLMs, multimodal AI, speech and audio synthesis, BCI or agentic AI systems
- PhD in machine learning, computer science, neuroscience or related field strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to engineers and executives
- Prior experience in customer-facing technical role such as solutions architecture
- Strong instincts for identifying where AI creates differentiated commercial value
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Excellent collaboration skills across research, engineering and GTM teams
